You get what you pay for.
Well made. The price is good since a hard shell case is included. The neck is similar to a steel string acoustic guitar. The cut away is very nice and not found on many nylon string guitars. Playability is not quite what I expected. I played a NTX700 in the store and expected somewhat somewhat similar results. This NTX500 lacks subtleness of tone with bend and hammer on response muted. This may be because I used medium gauge strings, and the top and sides are plywood. I will try it with lighter strings. Overall, an OK beginner guitar.
