  The seller is really short on communication. The item did arrive but was defective battery will not hold any power The solar panel will not charge. And the ad did not state it was in army time settings and not normal time. Would definitely negative feedback but the seller chooses to not do updates on shipping and tracking so therefore does not give me the option for negative feedback I have to leave a neutral but I will leave this feedback in neutral very detailed.
