Description wasn't super clear. Said they were 2-piston, but then had multiple photos of the packaging for the 4-piston model. Commonly people will refer to single piston for 2 piston calipers, and 2-piston or dual piston for 4-piston calipers, that combined with photos of the box for BR-M420 calipers made it seem like they were the quad piston model.
