While this engine was "local pickup" the seller crated it for me, and provided broker contact info, enabling me to painlessly ship this across the country to my brother who needed it. Shipment went pretty well, a broken pulley (it's plastic) and broken oil pressure sensor. But we just used the ones on the old failed engine. A spark plug did turn out to be missing, only found because the shop decided to replace the plugs, glad they found it. Excellent seller!

Good quality but hard to use
For the money and size, it's not a bad product. That said, it is smaller than it needs to be, and would work much better if it was. Also, the lever to latch the the pump to the valve stem is VERY difficult to engage. My wife would struggle to use this.
