A good value
A few years ago I was buying these from NAPA, but they began tacking on the individual item freight cost, because I was not a stock item. This price was near the NAPA item price, but with free delivery. A good deal.

Performed as desired.
When DISH pulled their crap this spring, removing local channels from the program packages and charging $10 extra for them, I cancelled the local channels from DISH. (they reduced program package by $5 and charged $10 for locals) I live close enough to a big city to be able to receive locals from an outdoor (attic) HD antenna. At that time I could not use my surround sound system when receiving local programming. The audio adapter purchased, now allows me to enjoy great sound quality from my Samsung TV. DISH expected to enjoy a $5 increase in my bill, but instead had to reduce my satellite bill by $5. My HD antenna gave me 43 local channels on the TV's first automatic programming attempt.
