Difficult installation... OEM model is far superior, yet only modestly higher in cost
With Ford having reduced their price for the OEM hydraulic models, there is no reason to buy these. They are difficult to install... don't deploy well. Hits the bottom of the fender when retracting. Just a half thought through design. The OEMs bolt right in, are very easy to deploy and retract. For the few dollars you'd save they aren't worth it... Buy the OEM hydraulic version from Ford.

Flaky battery..
You can buy at your own risk... Doesn't cost much so you don't have much invested. Does not fully charge and when it reaches its limit it causes my Dell Inspiron Mini 10 to throw a charger error. Tried three different charges with the same results. Charges to about 90% and will run the laptop for 3 hrs. 45 min at idle. i.e. doing nothing. If you really want something you can trust look elsewhere.

Great every day carry knife
Unfortunately I lost my favorite Buck pocket knife recently (still hoping it will show up..). It was a very unique design with a triangular blade and plastic handle. Very light and a very sharp point and no belly on the blade. But, I found a similar one that fits the bill for me. It is now my every day carry knife. Works great... its light, one hand opening and very sharp. What more could you ask for. My first criteria for an every day carry knife is that I don't know I'm carrying it. If I can feel it in my pocket, its either too big or too heavy. Just wished it had that triangular blade and sharp tip that my old one had.... :-(
