    Very pricey item w/problems. Converter power cuts out. Note w/item says 'GoodLuck!' Someone tried to fix it.Red light is on stops converter from installing. Packaging was minimal. 'Two' registration forms for item. One registration form- no S/N on it. Other form has a S/N that doesn't match the S/N on the converter box. Payment transaction was a disaster. Seller didn't put shipping on cost.Had to cancel payment &try again. Avoid this seller. Serial # not matching is a RED flag.

    buyer is new! Didn't bother contacting me to resolve any issues prior to jump in and leave frivolous feedback! I went beyond the norm for her, shipping when it was a local pickup listing. The only way to add shipping was to cancel the sale, yet she states it was a "disaster." Has yet to send photo of the back of the unit for verification of her claim. It is all likely user error, as it can be difficult to correctly install.

    Seller was 100 times more accommodating & communicative than most, before during & after. Mailed an outline to me 1st to confirm it’d fit my lamp. Perfect for me....
The extended sink flange is a necessity when installing in a fireclay sink. This one is perfect for that application. The color is not as vivid as most photos make it appear to be. Much softer....Softer than the Kohler gold. But enough yellow in it to make it a nice blend, since Kohler is not producing any that fit a fireclay sink.
