Helps Boost My Immune System
This high quality probiotic was recommended to me several years ago by a former nurse. I feel like it has done much to boost my immune system, since I seldom get sick. I take this along with other types of supplements, and try to eat healthy and exercise by walking at the local shopping mall, as my schedule permits. I recommend that it be taken a while before breakfast with 12 to 16 ounces of water.
