Using for RLS
I have restless legs syndrome and have tried everything to help when an attack hits in the nighttime. Nothing ever touches it and it’s a miserable thing. I don’t remember the exact reason why I decided to try SP Organically Bound Minerals (maybe thinking I was lacking some important nutrient in my diet). But they help! Usually two tablets will help the RLS to subside and I can get to sleep. Sometimes the tablets are more effective than other times but I’d say 8 times out of 10 they really do help me. I may be a one-off case; these tablets might not help another person. But I found that they help me.
