They Chose Me
While upbeat - it did not address our needs. The writer included the fact that the biological parents saw her grandson -- that is not the case with many adoptions. This is a nice book - but not for children that do not see their birth parents - it raises more questions for them as to "why" - they don't see birth parents. If it is an open style adotion; this would be fine. If the parental rights are severed and there is no visitation; this is not the right book. This book is too specific to her family - not generic for many other adotpive situations. I would not purchase this again but if there was an open adoption - it would be alright.

HOW YOUR BODY WORKS by Rawson/Hindley
Excellent book to explain the body in correct, factually terminology. Recommend for all "young" minds that are inquiring about matters of the body.
This is a book used in our preschool & I decided to get one for home.

0 of 2 found this helpful I bought this book on because on Ebay because I did not feel like going to Borders that day. Had I gone to Borders I would have scruntized the book with more leisure. I did not like this book as it conflicts with my values.
Perhaps it might be more helpful to some body into the "new age" philosphy and I am not that person. It may be helpful to other people but for me - it was of no value and I threw it in the trash.
