Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Wireless Headset For XBOX One & PC

Product quit working with less than 15 hours of use

I purchased the headset for my girlfriends birthday. I received the item and it sat for about a week until she got to open it. Everything worked fine for a very light weeks worth of gaming. When the headset announced it was low on battery it hissed and the sound quit working. Yes I have charged it, there is a green indicator light that signifies it is powered on. But zero sound.
