04 sportsman 500 ho replacement carb

Bought this to replace the factory Mukuni carb. Installed started right up, but would not rev past idle. Atv was getting too much fuel and was loading up, removed carb and checked specs and made adjustments. Still would not run correctly. Removed some parts from this carb and installed on my mukuni that were worn and installed old carb, runs like good again. Figured it was worth a try for $42.
