Easily set up, audio only adequate

Radio is small but well-designed. Easy to set up. We live in a rural area, about 30 miles from the radio stations we most use. At that distance the unit requires careful placement of the antenna wire to get adequate reception. Audio quality is adequate for voice, but not great for music. In summary a good but not outstanding clock radio.

Great radio for a metropolitan area.

Looks like a fine unit for a metropolitan area, but we live 30 miles from our favorite stations, and the radio could not receive them, although all other radios in our house can. Part of the problem may be that this radio does not have a separate antenna; it uses the power line for the purpose. So... couldn’t use it; hat to return it.

Excellent device, perfect for its job.

I’m just back inside after refilling our “squirrel-proof” bird feeder. It has a cylindrical seed holder with a shaft up its center, which made it hard to refill without a lot of spilled seed. After a little on-line research I found this seed-holder/filler and ordered one. It’s a well-designed nearly perfect device easy to use, and looks durable. I strongly recommend. Two minor suggestions for its manufacturer: make its two adhesive labels easier to remove, and write instructions (perhaps right on the costing side label) for unlatching the top so it can be filled easily. (I immediately ordered one of these as a gift for a good friend who’s quite technically skilled, but who thought it needed to be filled through its spout. If he didn’t “get it,” it’s won’t be obvious to others. Otherwise, he’s as pleased with his as I am with mine.) In short, Strongly Recommended.
