This is a must have.

I have lower back pain, I like to take long kayak trips and the seat in my high end kayak isn't very comfortable. I purchased this pad and that extra padding of EVA does the trick, it helps a lot on my paddling excursions. The non slip bottom keeps the pad in place so there is no readjusting while I paddle.
