Outdated technology, cumbersome install. Look for aftermarket.
It is old and outdated. It works with OEM wiring without cutting and splicing but the installation is cumbersome for simple operation and requires programming from dealer or Techstream. It works on 3G technology which Lexus does not support anymore, so the range of the keyfob is all you get. There are many other solutions out there that have unlimited (cell network) range and installation is 15 minutes with no programming required. They are a little more in cost but the value is phenomenal.

CEL, ABS & PSM + Porsche 996 = NEW MAF required
Genuine Bosch part. Great vendor. Porsche 996 C4S. If you do not know the history of your car and figured that a bit of a rough idle is sports like and normal, then you will be in for a surprise. If you have Durametric, check your MAF values to be sure. If the voltage spikes to 2-3V and continuously keeps on dancing and if your HFM values are bonkers, going high and low, you need a new MAF. I used to have the CEL at first then it mutated into ABS&PSM error. New MAF took care of it all. Also recently I had a VF supercharger installed and the shop where I got it done insisted that its not the MAF. They were so wrong. I took it in 5 times for the same problem to come back over and over again. Finally I gave up on their incompetence, bought durametric and tackled this on my own. Also if you have a VF supercharger, swap the oil cone K&N filter with a AEM Dryflow. AEM is the only one I found that makes a small enough dryflow in 4 inches diameter for the intake.
