Chock-full of nutrients!
Full of nutrients and comparable to other more expensive nutrition shakes.
Easy to mix with other flavors and a little sweeter than plain or vanilla. I mix in some instant esspresso or instant coffee with honey for a coffee shake appeal! I use water and ice to thicken!
