  Item was in pristine condition. Not a single scratch on it. Rack ears even included. The only minor thing was, it was only after I purchased it that the seller informed me that it was already registered by another company and the online inControl2 wouldn't work because the prior company didn't release it yet. I guess I'll try to hassle it out of peplink but it's not a super negative thing, but it would be nice to have all features working.

  Sorry to bother you. I have another Peplink device. How did you get Peplink to remove the device from Incontrol. Did you call or open a web ticket.
