Good Remote
Good control, easy to use and reliable

Really Not Good
Despite being well packaged and arriving promptly I am afraid that I found this product to be unreliable and not fit for purpose. I bought 2 as we have 2 fires in different parts of the house. Both initially worked but then ran out of gas very quickly considering that they were not over used. Initially neither would refill but eventually after experimenting with different refills one filled and started lighting again but no success with the other. The flame is not very long when it is working and it is sensitive to draughts.

Good Kit, Be Persistent Setting Up
Maybe I'm a bit slow on this but the setting up, which should have been easy took quite a time as it didn't work initially but after repeating the procedure a couple of times it settled down and is now really working well - it was well worth the effort!
