Progressives vs Bi-Foacals
I usually wear progressive glasses. I had to adjust to the bifocal lenses with the bubble at the bottom. I use these for driving and reading the the driving apps. I also keep them as an extra pair when I'm sitting outside.

The crystals are encased in a laminate heart shaped piece. The ring is flat and least likely to lose keys. The ring that attached the hear shaped piece and key ring needs to be sealed or closed tighter. Mine was slightly opened and needed to be clasped tighter so I don't lose the heart shaped pieced.
