Intestinal Balance
1 of 1 found this helpful My doctor advised me to take this particular product as others I had taken did not work. This product works well for me as it has a blend of 9 probiotics.

Cease smokers support
2 of 2 found this helpful I have been using this or a similar product for 15 years since I quit smoking. I am now down to the 1 mg tablet which I split in half, so now it is 1/2 mg that I use. Hope to soon be able to do away with this but for now, it keeps me from craving a cigarette.

Solitaire
I start off my day by playing several different games of solitaire while I am having my coffee. This solitaire software has many more games that I will probably not be able to play all of them, but neither will I get bored.
