Taking a look at history of show biz.
I was happy to find The Big Broadcast of 1938 on Ebay. I had been looking for it for several reasons. First of all I was born in 1938 and secondly, I am a tribute artist and have been impersonating Bob Hope on show all over the US for several years. This is where Bob first sang his theme song "Thanks for the Memories". For me it was a great opportunity to study the young Bob Hope.
The songs are great nostalgia and of course W.C. Fields is classic comedy.
A very good deal too.
