  Quite possibly my worst ebay experience yet. Ordered a camera lens. The seller shipped it wrapped in notebook paper and a layer of bubble wrap. It arrived different than described. When I contacted them about a refund, they refused to help and had me try to claim insurance through usps. Gave that a shot. Couldn't because I didn't have original shipping receipt. Lady at the post office was pretty sure package wasn't insured for the full amount. Had to wait for ebay to help. Horrible experience.

  This was a difficult order, and things things did not go well initially, but this seller handled things well, and worked very hard to make sure I got what I had ordered. I was impressed, and that is why I rate the experience as positive. The item loses two stars because it was defective, and should have been listed that way. Despite that I would buy from this seller again, but I might ask questions first.
