Controller was in terrible shape
7 of 11 found this helpful The console works just fine, but the controller has various issues: the shoulder buttons were out of place and loose, the right stick drags upward making many games impossible or difficult to play, and the connection to the Xbox didn't seem to work very well either. I bought a new remote which works perfectly with this xbox; however I was expecting a fully functional remote and that is not what I received.
