Vintage Style Hot Rod Amber LED Fender Guide Marker Each

Good quality, slightly tricky installation.
Seems well made and well finished--probably sturdier than the vintage item that it reproduces--and definitely cheaper! Installation is a bit tricky and may required some improvisation, depending on the exact shape of the edge of the fender on the car on which it is installed. I had to add an extra washer and locknut to keep it in place on my 1950 Dodge. It is a useful accessory--on vintage cars with high hoods, this is the only way to keep track of just how close the hidden, right fender is coming to obstacles...also aids in parallel parking. I would strongly recommend that the supplier include an instruction sheet with illustrations to aid installation.

Good doorbell button
The body is made of solid brass and is of a good thickness. The one I got was in a black finish, but it looks like several other finishes are available from various sellers. The switch itself appears well-made, with an LED light that should last longer than the traditional neon bulb (the color is the same). I installed this button to replace an old one that had failed and found that the new switch is a bit bigger in the back than the old-fashioned ones (maybe it will be more durable). Since the wiring was in the way, I had to use a small chisel to nibble out the wood to make room for the larger switch--not a big deal, and in a new installation you would simply use a larger wood bit (maybe 7/8 inch) to make the recess. Looks well-made, with sharp detailing in the brass body--it looks nice and a suspect it will last longer than the old plastic one it replaced.
Fits and works like the factory original part. I think this may fit more years/models than the listing claims. It seems to be pretty standard for Mopars in the '70s and '80s--I used it on my '87 Ram B250 van.
