Clear, compact and bright image for hunting.
3 of 3 found this helpful This seems to be a very practical scope for quick acquisition of target. It is not illuminated, but the low power makes hold appear more stable and shots quicker. For most hunting applications East of the Mississippi, 4x is sufficient maximum power. I haven't had an opportunity to really use all of the features such as lead, drop and wind deflection. I prefer this power range for hunting. For target work I put on a higher power scope. I use QD rings for this option..
