Good genuine Panasonic product
This is a genuine Panasonic product. The knock-offs, though they work, have a consistent humming sound. Go for the real thing.

Old Technology just doesn't work!
Thought this product would be helpful when on the phone with companies to make sure I got all the information I needed. Unfortunately, the quality of the recording is so poor, it isn't worth using it. I tried it on my landline with an standard telephone. Perhaps the problem may be that my landline works through a modem provided though my cable company. Perhaps it works better in other circumstances. I don't blame the seller. Bottom line, it doesn't work well and I would not recommend this product.

Excellent product
I bought 3 of these locally, each a different brand. They all broke or fell apart within days. This Vaunn Peddle Exerciser is of very good quality and quiet, too. It comes as one piece so there is nothing to put together or loosen over time. It cost the same as the others I purchased but is way above the others in quality. I use it daily and expect to have this one for a long time.
