Very Dissapointing Defect Item
2 of 3 found this helpful I bought this device to record interviews that I have to do for my research. The device can be used to record voice, but unfortunately, once I connect it to a computer, the computer cannot read the device. A notification says that ''it is not accessible'' and ''the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable''. I found this very annoying because I really need to transcribe the interview that I have done for about 1,5 hour. To do that I have to copy the recording files to a computer first. I have tried to connect the device to three different computers but same thing happens. Now I'm suffering a lot not only because I lost my money for buying this rubbish item, but I also lost my valuable data (the data became useless because I cannot transfer it to a computer)! Very dissapointing!
