Great die

Best one on the market!
5 of 5 found this helpful I was not sure how I was gonna feel about this item. But I needed to change a barrel and everything i saw looked sub par. I liked the way this item worked and clamped in the vice, and that it was made from aluminum. But I though for the price there was no way it would be that good. I WAS SO WRONG. It is not good. It’s amazing. Best one I have used or seen on the market. It is so solid and holds the upper so nice and tight. I love it.

Much better than expected
I was looking for a more precise keyless chuck than the cheap one that came with my sieg x2d mini mill. The runout was horrible. So I got this one hoping to get to under .004 runout instead of the .009 I was getting. To my very pleasant surprise, I put I’m my Mitutoyo indicator which is about 3” long and indicated if that off the bottom and got .0015 runout. You cannot ask for better at this price point.
