After purchase- things were good- instant notification of shipment. Then came the waiting period. 3weeks passed and still no item received. By the 1month mark, my patience was wearing thin & so I reached out to the seller & communicated my frustration. Seller was professional. Apparently item was lost in transit. Seller offered a replacement& was received within a week. Very happy. I am patient & will repeat business wit seller

Of course FedEx didn't even update their tracking till the day my item arrived they said item shipping info received that's it for over a week. Not the sellers fault though. The seller offered a reduced price to compensate, which I accepted rather than return and wait for a replacement. A good,quick and fair response from seller meant my little grandson could have his board. Thank you.

I asked if they still sold that brand since I had good service using it. They responded that they did not handle that brand any more. I ordered what they currently showed for sale and received "moustache" brand cartridges. Whether the person who filled the order knew I was wanting that brand or was just moving out old stock, I'll never know. But they got me what I wanted!! That's gotta be SERVICE!!!!!
