    He did refund my money but only after I threatened to file a complaint with Ebay, mt CC company, and Paypal. No communication at all. I'd be careful with this seller. He lists new/old stock as brand new. The lot he sold me was actually expired- by a couple of years. Not a good practice when selling medical supplies. Someone could get hurt.
