Defective container, not new. Product itself very good..

Product itself is good, very good. However, it was sold in defective condition...a piece was chipped off the cap, and the cap was no longer attached to the bottle, as it is supposed to be. This may make little difference to some people, but I am disabled and find it much easier to deal with an attached cap. In my 'neck of the woods' , this item would be sold in a 'dents and dings' second hand shop....at least half price!
