  Very pleased with this item, which was in good condition and in full working order, and was excellent value for the price. The item was exactly as described and illustrated. The seller kept me informed when the parcel was posted and when it arrived. I had a problem to begin with, to do with setting the printer up, and they were able to offer advice to help me get it sorted out.

  Excellent seller! I ordered the printer and the seller posted it the same day, and it has arrived the next day. The printer was well packaged and it looked in excellent condition, but when I installed it, it didn't work perfectly. I reported this to the seller and when I described the problem, he sent me another one the same day without asking me to send the previous one back first. The second one have arrived on the next day. Excellent communication and problem solving. Thank you very much.
