  There was an initial problem with delivery but upon contact with the sender they very soon replied, and very positive in giving me a choice for repayment or sending a replacement. The parcel as now been delivered quickly and all is excellent. A very good price and value for money, so thank you to the sellers who deserve top marks all round very good e Bayern’s.   Unfortunately the games didn’t arrive in the best of shape. Insufficient wrapping provided by seller .Sides of boxes left completely exposed, thus got badly damaged. Bought as gifts .Contacted Seller, did get back to me within 24 hrs .Offered refund of 20%. I took this as didn’t want the hassle of finding wrapping and a journey etc to return the games. Would have left neutral feedback but have to wait seven days . So if purchasing items as gifts … hopefully yours will be wrapped properly .

  I had the washing line for a short term and it had a fault and I contacted the seller and they were extremely helpful and offered me the choice of a refund or replacement. Being in need of a washing line asap they promptly sent me a replacement. I found the seller very helpful, understanding and apologetic about the situation.   So ordered at 1am and arrived within 48 hours which is great to start with but when it arrived the cable was tidied up too tight so kept on turning on and off, I spoken with sash time who replied back within a hour of me messaging them and start away apologised for the inconvenience and sent another one out which came within 24 hours, amazing service and definitely would recommend using to anyone
