  Item damaged! Boxes do not close. Sent a message to seller with pictures like they asked and never heard from them. At a minimum should have offered a full refund!

  False claims. We responded to buyer same day, asked for images of damaged items, responded that we will replace, then shipped out replacements the next day which delivered same day this feedback was left. Also included a free unit in initial shipment.
