Miranda Esmonde-White understands physiology, explains the benefits of movements thoroughly, and constructs each episode so that certain areas of the body get emphasized while the whole body gets a fantastic workout. The brain, too.

2 of 2 found this helpful XyloSweet has been the absolute best alternative to sugar for almost all purposes that I have ever used over 4 decades. It's especially valued because it doesn't spike blood sugar. Yet because of the outrageous cost of this product, I have actually been using it more sparingly than I would sugar. One five pound bag lasts only 6 weeks. The unexpected result is that I have been able to reduce my cravings for sweet things in general. One note: the ziplock seal does not always completely seal the bag b/c granules get caught in the track, thus traping moisture and causing clumping. So I transfer product to sealable glass container.

Most comfortable daily walking shoes ever
I love these shoes! I have them in every color (Love the red ones! The black are casually elegant. Grey are sporty.) I have worn one pair for months on my daily treadmill workout. The soul is very thick and absorbs impact, yet it's still flexible. The interior cushioning is excellent. The shoes are secured by a two wide and forgiving elastic bands that prevent my feet from slipping and sliding in the shoes. At the end of a busy day, I still feel don't the need to kick them off. I cannot recommend these shoes highly enough!
