  Somehow the vendor unilaterally cancelled our order. We did not request a refund as they posted. They did send a refund, but we wanted the item, not our money back. This transaction was a complete waste of our time and energy. On the positive side, ultimately we ended up finding a better product, a better value and we were completely satisfied with the other vendor in the end.
