Broken???
I bought this Z520a phone to replace an old broken Z520a that I used years ago before I stopped using AT&T. After playing around all of the gadgets on the phone, I inserted my brand new SIM card (correctly) and the phone refused to get any service. No bars, nowhere. This was the same problem I had with my previous Z520a (which is why I was replacing it, because I loved the phone while it worked). I was very disappointed to realize I had paid to replace a broken phone with one that was just as broken. Wasted money. Back to a different old phone, I guess.

Works well but very fragile
Great camera and great baby monitor system but SO VERY FRAGILE! The external antenna breaks off so easily it’s hard to even pack for traveling. I’ve had 3 cameras break and need to be replaced already. And they’re not cheap.
