Like the product but one camera stopped working.
1 of 3 found this helpful I've had my cameras up and running for a little over a month now. Super happy with the easy set up and installation, plus the app for your phone is easy to use. 3 of my 4 cameras are working great with no issue but my 4th camera had been "glitchy" for a few days in a row then completely stopped working. I've contacted the Zmodo tech support over and over for help and they continue to tell me the same thing... "it's my router." I've followed all of their suggestions and nothings working. All of my other cameras are working flawlessly and this camera was too until just a few days ago with no changes to the router or wifi.. so I know it's not my router. I seem to be getting no where with their tech support. The camera it's self is shot, my friends bought a similar package and had the same problem. The company replaced their camera free of charge, not sure why I am not being offered to have my product replaced even though I keep running into the same problem with no solution. I love the cameras that I have and was considering buying 2 more to add to our property but I will be holding off until I see how the other 3 cameras hold up, one month of use before becoming inoperable isn't worth the price. This company needs a better customer service team of they want to keep my business.
