CTEK Battery Sense Battery Monitor 40-149

The ssential CTEK android app doesn't work, therefore the hardware is obsolete

The hardware might be good, but the CTEK app isn't. All efforts to connect the device to three different android devices failed. When you look into the PlayStore reviews you'll recognise that the app has this issue since its latest update in July 2019 and the developer isn't willing to do anything or even reply. I sent a message to CTEK regarding this issue and never got an answer.
