Good, but not able to use all the features it has

I like the product,the signal is good. but i cant receive text messages or photo messages or e-mails or log into the internet. it doesn't come with a manual. i cant connect the phone with just any company. not everyone is able to activate it, the television doesnt get signal in the united states. I'm not able to use all the features it comes with.
