  I paid for a denim skirt on Sep 24. It was marked as "shipped", without tracking, "USPS First Class", on Oct 10th. I thought USPS First Class goes up to only 13 ounces...The expected arrival date was pushed back again to Oct. 24. It is now Oct 28...no skirt, no response from the Seller. I knew they had less-than-stellar feedback, but I thought everyone deserves a chance. It was a gift for my niece, three days ago. This is supposed to be a US Seller! Bad Seller.
