New OEM Original Samsung Galaxy Note Edge Battery EB-BN915BBU/BE 3000mAh NFC
    Oct 05, 2016
Genuine OEM Cost More, But What is Your Safety Worth?
My concern when getting batteries for my mobile (cell, smartphone) is that the battery I'm buying: 1) is a genuine Samsung product; this assures my safety; 2) is a fresh battery, not something that has been sitting on a shelf for two years; and 3) that the seller is reputable and selling only genuine or quality products. - This eBay item is the real deal. I examined and investigated the labeling, bar code, and serial numbers to determine I was not getting a counterfeit. The main concern I have is safety. No matter anything else, such as the battery is old and the lithium worn out, a counterfeit battery exposes you to all kinds of dangers: fire, explosion, burns, and destruction of your property such as a car or house. - Lithium batteries wear out at a rate of about 10% per year, regardless if the battery is used or simply sitting in a drawer. (The technical term is that battery material "degrades" over time. Just as dairy products get stale just sitting in the fridge, so too does battery material get worn out even if a phone is never powered on.) So you need to be concerned if the battery you are buying, even if genuine Samsung, is truthfully is advertised as new and genuine, but the battery was made two years ago, for example. A battery that was made two years ago will charge to 80%, instead of 100% level when new. - When you find a seller offering genuine, fresh, quality products such as OEM Samsung batteries, bookmark that seller and refer to him or her for your battery needs. Bonus Tip: IMO you are setting yourself up for big problems if you shop based on lowest price and buy from located-in-China sellers. I feel certain that if you buy from China sellers for a low price, odds are 99.9999% that the battery is fake. The bottom line, I bought these Samsung batteries from a U.S. based seller whose feedback indicated a good reputation. I had to pay a few dollars more for the batteries, but I don't scrimp on items like this. When I got the batteries I fully charged them before using. Sure enough the batteries perform very well, as a freshly made genuine Samsung battery should. It would hold a charge way longer than the FAKE battery that came with the used Note Edge I bought.* Paying $8 more for each battery was well worth the price. * I bought a used Samsung Note Edge. It came with two (supposed) Samsung batteries. On superficial examination I could quickly see one battery was FAKE, the graphics and physical attributes were way off. (On the fake battery it said it was a "Near Field Communication" device. But those were words only. The battery label did not show the NFC component outlined underneath the label surface. The water detector was fake, not reacting to being dipped in water. The bar code was fake, not only was it a sloppy ink job, but when scanned it did not get a reading.) The fake battery got really hot when used in the phone, would not hold a charge, and there was slight swelling. The battery swelling was a serious matter. That is a precursor to the battery exploding and starting a fire or inflicting serious injury to me or others.
ML Tools Stainless Steel Inch/Metric/Fractions LCD Digital Caliper DC8001

Great Caliper For Part-Time Once-in-a-while Use
I needed something that was low cost, but not junk that would fall apart or give inaccurate digital readings. As a bonus while these all look the same, if I could find one mostly metal that would be cool. I saw this one and was pleased by all I read. When it arrived I was quite impressed, and it even came with a SPARE battery. It works well and is exactly what I needed. Of course, it has all the functions, including "auto-on" when you turn the adjustment knob. There's a light, and I can store it in the included padded protective case. This is the one you want, from this seller, if you are looking for a caliper for "around the house" use.
Hot Stainless Steel Clothes Socks Shorts Underwear Drying Rack Hanger VC

Super cheap LIGHT Clothes Hanger - A Good Deal - Worth The $2.50 Each
When you get these you have to remember how ridiculously cheap these are. (I paid $12 for four of these, shipped.) Actually, these are a marvel at how cheaply made something can be made. Even more remarkable is that for less than $3 these can be shipped to your house in the U.S. WARNING: These are NOT for hanging heavy items, two pairs of socks per clip is about right. But if you buy four of these you won't need to be finding space to hang up your underwear and socks to air dry. (This is what I needed, hangers for 50 pairs of socks, underwear, small hand towels, and the like.) TIP: You can perhaps hang a pair of cargo shorts by using three to four clips. But that's a lot of work. Better to simply hang light stuff. You definitely cannot manhandle these. If you do the various parts will fall apart (e.g., the clips). I can say these are definitely worth the money. Get a few, you won't be disappointed. But remember how little you paid when they arrive. Don't be leaving negative FB saying "so cheaply made." At less than $3 each, keep in mind you get what you pay for. If you wants something heavy duty pay $12 per hanger. Happy camper here. Oh, he shipped fast too. Arrived from China fast.
