Leaks a lot, can be fixed

The product definitely blocks blue/green light, BUT I had to make my own modifications. A lot of light gets around the lenses: through the nose bridge, over the lenses, under the lenses. I had to use gum to block the nose bridge and tape on the top and bottom to close most of the gaps. Even with the gum and tape it doesn't blook 100% of light, I still see a little white/blue light leaking around the edges, but it does a good enough job that I feel sleepy about half an hour to an hour after I put these on. Since they work for me, I'm keeping them, but if I were to buy another pair I'd try to find something which doesn't leak so much and doesn't require me to use gum or tape.
