  Seller sent wrong item and hassled me to send it on to the right person. Rang me and sent regular emails every couple of hours even accusing me of having the item delivered when it hadn’t actually arrived. She’d promised a partial refund but it’s never materialised. I know it was an innocent mistake but she dealt with it badly. I just can’t give positive or neutral feedback as it was very stressful!
