Excellent bread knife
We have only used it so far for cutting bread. It is perfect for cutting bread baked in a machine. Perfect size blades. Very easy to use and remove blades. Pair this knife with a bread cutting guide and bread storage bags. I give loaves of cinnamon raisin bread for gifts. Cut with this knife, the loaves look straight from a professional baker!
