Surprised!!!
1 of 1 found this helpful I was excited to get this product but I noticed that they sent me a size too small of the black cartridges. There’s actually four but two of them will not be of any use to me. It should’ve been the big thick ones. When I open the package and started to install the cartridges, I noticed Inc. dripping from them. I’ve never seen that before and I got it all over my fingers. Overall so far it’s been working fine. I believe they should explain to people exactly what they’re getting before they order, so they know what they’re getting.
