There is some loose connection in the switch. It doesn't always turn on the battery pack as expected.

There is some loose connection in the switch. It doesn't always turn on the battery pack as expected. I have to push in the phone a few times, sometimes remove the case and adjust the phone and turn the switch on/off several times. This is very frustrating, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
