Do not attempt to grill on this,.
Product is N O T a grill, It is a smoker and the ad is misleading.

confusion
1 of 2 found this helpful Griddle or grill ?Instructions are not clear as to which one is different. Also the temp setting. Why are there two ? If both plates are always hot why not one setting. As per the instructions I can't very the temps between plates so how is griddle different from grill ??? Otherwise the unit has been wonderful !
