  Bought a lot of nine shirts, after a week the seller finally responded and combined the shipping costs to $30. When I got the package, the postage cost was $12. Seller refused to refund the extra money I paid, more than double what it cost them to ship, claiming "handling fees". Sorry, a plastic shipping bag, postage label, and labor to ship it doesn't cost $18. Took a week to even respond to initial messages.
