It did not work.
It took several weeks to receive the print head. After I installed it, the printer did not work. I put the old print head back in the printer and it did work but the colors were all off. The expense of additional repair attempts would have exceeded the cost of a new printer. So I purchased a new printer. The old one was 8 years old. I should have done that in the first place.
